Refund Policy
Refunds for CogniMail (JMDIGITAL SA) subscriptions are administered by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. A Buyer may request a refund within the first 14 days after the initial subscription payment, provided that no more than one (1) outreach campaign has been launched during this period.
If a refund request is not submitted within the first 14 days, or if the Buyer has launched more than one campaign, the Buyer loses the right to cancel the subscription for the remainder of the 30-day billing cycle.
In such cases, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, and no refund or prorated credit will be issued.
Refunds form JMDIGITAL SA are granted at the sole discretion of Paddle and may be refused in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or misuse of the Product. This does not affect your rights as a Consumer regarding products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Exception to the Right to Cancel
By accessing CogniMail and initiating use of the Product, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital services that begin immediately upon purchase.
Launching more than one outreach campaign constitutes full activation of the digital service, and therefore terminates your statutory right to withdraw for the remainder of the billing cycle.
Once the 14-day period has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect only at the end of the current 30-day subscription term. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the month.
Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted to Paddle directly at: https://paddle.com/support/
To ensure timely processing, Buyers must include:
The Paddle order number
The email associated with the subscription
Confirmation that no more than one campaign has been launched
Approved refunds will be reimbursed to the original payment method within 14 days.
Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are non-refundable.
To avoid renewal, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
Cancelling a subscription does not terminate service immediately; access continues until the end of the paid 30-day term.
